Our staff of experienced adjusters has handled a wide spectrum of claims over their many years of experience in the insurance claim’s business.

Transportation Claims:

Our President, Greg Lenke, has handled a wide variety of commercial auto, inland marine, wet marine, motor truck cargo, and mechanical failure cases over his thirty seven year career. 

Greg is celebrating twenty five years as an adjuster member of the National Truck and Heavy Equipment Claims Council.

Liability:

We have the distinct privilege to have both a seasoned adjuster and an attorney to head up our liability department.  We feel that this gives us both the investigative instincts of an adjuster, along with the legal insights of an attorney, handling complex liability files.

Construction Defect:

Our property adjusters have handled numerous construction defect claims.  They have also attended seminars, specific to construction related claims.

Commercial and Residential Property:

Many of our property adjusters have had experience working in the construction trade.  This gives them the experience and understanding of all facets of claims handling in both commercial and residential claims. 

Our adjusters have been trained to write their own estimates on each and every claim.

Our adjusters use Xactimate, which is the industry standard, to prepare their own estimates.

Contents Evaluation Services:

We have a seasoned veteran on our staff, who handles personal property claims.  This adjuster has handled both the field evaluation of personal property claims, and the research and data entry of items involved in fire, water damage and theft.

National Catastrophe Services:

Professional Adjusters is dedicated to providing prompt and efficient deployment of our experienced team, in the event of a catastrophe.

Our licensed and highly qualified adjusters are willing and prepared to serve our clients. They are capable of rapid deployment, anywhere in the nation, even under the most difficult logistical conditions.

In addition to our adjusting staff, we offer a management team, that is dedicated to ensuring the proper handling of each individual file.

We feel that this is best accomplished by deploying our core management team directly to the field, along with the adjusters. This hands-on approach allows our management team to be directly involved with the individual adjuster on a day-to-day basis. Their involvement contributes their expertise and guidance to the overall result of expert claims handling.
